Thrill Thursday

I didn't get this posted yesterday. I had every intention of getting it posted, but I just didn't quite finish it. Sue me.

This week wasn't all that thrilling by most standards, but yesterday I was thrilled beyond belief! My days off from work have been spent mostly catching up on household work, watchign other people's children, running errands, and a whole slew of other non-fun things. But this Wednesday!? Oh, this Wednesday I enjoyed the luxury of being lazy for the majority of the day. I haven't gotten to do that for oh-so-very long. Sergej dropped Anna off at preschool and I languished around catching up on sleep, listening to music, and watching a maration session of I Shouldn't Be Alive on Animal Planet. Good stuff that is.

I feel like I'm rejuvenated enough to get through a few more weeks before I'll need a massage or manicure or some other feminine splurge. I now have the energy to sit down and hash out my goals for the next couple of years with regards to finance, school, career, etc. It was a wonderful day. I hope yours was, too!
